Corinne Melanson, the new President of the Greater Gardner Artists Association, is looking for demonstrators for their upcoming season beginning in September. The group meets the first Thursday of the month in Gardner from 7:00 pm till 8:30 pm. If you know of someone who is not a PAS member but loves to demonstrate, teach etc., please feel free to forward this information.
GGAA pays $100 –$125 for the evening’s workshop or demo.

Drawing is the act of making marks or lines with pencil, ink, brushes, crayons, charcoal, chalk, pastels, or markers resulting in communication through line.
The Davis Art Gallery is calling for drawings, as well as mixed media and collage works that include drawing, for our next show.
The Davis Art Gallery will select approximately 35–45 artworks that will appear in the main exhibition space at the gallery from September 11, 2014 through January 9, 2015. The gallery is located in the Printer’s Building at 50 Portland Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
